Business Consultants
We are currently seeking Business Consultants with the following skill sets:
- Provide leadership to both consulting and client personnel to identify, quantify, implement and measure specific improvement initiatives
- Lead and focus team efforts in data gathering and analysis, data interpretation, process design and formulating conclusions and recommendations.
- Lead team efforts in developing solutions to difficult or complex client situations to ensure goals and objectives are met.
- Assist in developing work plans and coordinating daily fieldwork and project team activities.
- Participate in practice management which includes tools, methodologies, recruiting, people development and proposals as appropriate.
- Conduct client interviews related to data analysis, data interpretation, and process design.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of client management, including C-suite client leadership.
- Monitor scope of client expectations surrounding delivery of generated results.
- Assist in preparation of final drafts of major reports.
- Utilize proprietary tracking tools to measure project progress, benefits provided to clients, and achievement of budget expectations.
Skills / Requirements
- Detail oriented
- Solid written and documentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must have graduate level work completed and/or 3-5 years of health-care/business experience. MBA preferred.
Grant Writer
- Research new grants.
- Prepare proposals for grants.
- Create, maintain, and update a listing of grants and foundations
- Track due date and renewal dates on all proposals.
- Present all proposals for review and approval by management.
- Review outgoing publications to assure personal awareness of all program status.
- Familiarize him/herself with all program needs to best match available grants with new or existing programs.
- Develop evaluation process to successfully analyze effectiveness of submitted proposals.
- Develop and maintain a library of private and public funding sources including proposals for which we received grant money.
Skills / Requirements
- Minimum 4-year college degree in business or related field
- 3-5 years grant writing experience, with demonstrated success for funding programs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Computer literate in MS Office products
